Interview is an important task of any interviewer to choose a best employee for their company. Interview is not a simple task for both the interviewer and interviewee. Greet: After entering the room of the interviewer, the first step is to greet the interviewer by offering your hand and give a firm handshake. With a pleasant smile introduce yourself to the interviewer.

Sit in a good posture: Stand till the interviewer ask you to take your seat. A good sitting posture need to be followed after the interviewer gives permission to sit.

Don’t Feel Uneasy: Everybody has some sort of nervousness upto certain limit and it is therefore no need to feel uneasy while taking part in interview.

Have a good eye contact: Eye contact is considered as an important tool to access your attentiveness, it is therefore a good eye contact can make the interviewer to think of the interviewee as a good listener.

Speak appropriately: It is very important for any interviewee to speak clearly and appropriately for the questions asked by the interviewer. It is necessary to speak with a good grammar and friendly tone to attract the interviewer’s attention. It is advisable to avoid “yes” or “no” answers to the question asked by the interviewer. Say clearly the answers with good example.

Move your hands moderately: While speaking our hands also speaks with its language and this is unavoidable and quite natural among all the people but talking with the hand should be kept restrained.

Be optimistic: Be optimistic while participating in an interview. Positive hope may leads to success so attend the interview positively and also give your answers in positive and enthusiastic tone.

Be Calm: Nervousness is unavoidable and everybody feels nervous till some extent. To avoid nervousness it is better to be calm and unruffled.

Be clear in your answers: While answering for any type of questions, be clear and concise in your answers and provide answers with a good example.
